You can publish content (rpf) mods and just put your .asi or .dll files into the root folder to publish script mods.

Download OpenIV 2.6 2. Run OpenIV 2.6 as an admin 3. Replace the file "weapons.meta" located in: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common.rpf\data\ai (or the steam equivalent) 4.
